Zencora Academy · Bone track

Your skeleton is living architecture.

Bone is not an inert frame. Its mineral, collagen, geometry, muscle forces, and remodeling history shape strength. Learn the measurement before chasing the score.

01Osteoporosis is often silent

Symptoms may not appear before a fracture.

02DEXA and motion answer different questions

BMD is not today’s loading pattern.

03Hip, spine, and wrist matter

These are common fracture sites described by NIAMS.

04Muscle and balance belong here too

Fall readiness is part of bone protection.

Lesson 01 · Structure

Density is only one part of strength.

A bone’s outer cortical shell and inner trabecular network distribute force differently. Osteoporosis involves lower bone mass and changes in bone tissue structure, which can reduce strength and increase fracture risk.

Lesson 02 · Measurement

Read the source before the visualization.

Central DEXA measures bone mineral density at central sites such as the hip and lumbar spine. The USPSTF’s 2025 recommendation calls for screening women 65 and older and younger postmenopausal women at increased risk; evidence remains insufficient for a population-wide recommendation for men.

BoneImpact keeps the original report attached. It does not substitute a motion score for BMD or fracture-risk assessment.

Lesson 03 · Action

Build a pattern, not a stunt.

Adults should move more and sit less, with aerobic activity and muscle-strengthening work. Older adults also benefit from balance and multicomponent activity. A BoneImpact session is one behavior signal inside that larger pattern.

The forces around bone
matter too.

BoneImpact connects what happens before impact, during body change, and while a movement skill is being learned.

Track 04 · Fall Science

A fall is an event chain—not one mistake.

Learn the sequence: exposure, balance disturbance, reaction, contact, and recovery. Strength, gait, vision, medicines, footwear, and home hazards can combine; bone strength influences what happens when contact occurs.

Track 05 · GLP-1 + Bone Context

Weight loss changes the loading environment.

GLP-1 medicines do not have one simple “bone effect.” Population, medicine, weight-loss rate, muscle, nutrition, activity, and study duration matter. BoneImpact can organize strength, movement, body-change, and DEXA source records without making medication decisions.

Evidence signal: a 2024 randomized trial found exercise plus liraglutide preserved hip, spine, and forearm bone mineral density better than liraglutide alone during weight loss. That result does not settle every GLP-1 medicine or patient.

Track 06 · Music for Bones

Stamp to the beat.
Hear the impact.

A sensor peak can become sound: timing becomes rhythm, peak magnitude can shape pitch or brightness, and repeated contacts become a phrase. The goal is movement learning—not diagnosing bone from sound.
